Water Chestnut Control – Silver Lake

Water chestnut (Trapa natans) is spreading at this 40-acre lake on the western edge of Otsego County. Join OCCA and members of the Silver Lake community as we seek out and remove this pernicious invasive. Lunch will be provided by the lake’s owner to volunteers afterward. Note: outside watercraft are not permitted at Silver Lake.
