Paddle and Pull, Silver Lake

Join us at Silver Lake in New Berlin on August 17th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. We need your help continuing to remove water chestnut (Trapa natans) and European frog-bit (Hydrocharus morsus-ranae), two highly invasive aqautic plants, from the lake. Please help us get them before they spread further!
Bring water, sunscreen and dress to get wet and dirty. Due to local restrictions, only canoes owned by members of the Silver Lake community or OCCA are allowed on the Lake; please register for this event. Enjoy some time on the water and help the environment at the same time.
