Butternut Creek Riparian Stewardship Day

The Butternut Valley Alliance and the Upper Susquehanna Coalition will be hosting a volunteer workday to steward riparian forest buffer plantings in the Butternut Creek watershed on May 20th, 2023 from 9am-12 pm.  If you have any questions, please contact GlasserA@tiogacountyny.gov or bva.exec@gmail.com.   You can register for the event using this link . We’ll meet at the corner of State Route 23 and County Route 51 just outside the Village of Morris (across from the cemetery) to plant trees and maintain the buffer along the Butternut Creek.

Volunteering at this event counts toward the Otsego Outdoors Spring Octet.
