SUMMARY:Yoga at Brookwood Garden
DESCRIPTION:The Otsego Land Trust presents Yoga in the Gardens. \n\n\n\nPlease join yoga teachers Nicole and Erin for a Gentle Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class and a Therapeutic Sound Bath to benefit the historic Brookwood Point Garden. Participants can expect a 45-minute asana class in the garden followed by a crystal singing bowl sound bath. Healing with sound can support and provide relief from a variety of ailments such as stress\, anxiety\, depression\, mood swings\, addiction\, and pain. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe suggested minimum donation towards the event is $20.00 with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Brookwood Point Conservation Area. Register in advance at https://otsegolandtrust.org/events/yoga-in-the-gardens \nParticipants should arrive a few minutes prior to the start time to settle in and should bring payment\, a yoga mat\, and a towel or blanket to place under their mat. \n(Re-scheduled due to weather from August 10)
