It can shade out other streamside plants and establish monocultures\, lower water quality\, and even damage infrastructure. Management of this plant can be tricky\, but it is doable! Join CRISP Terrestrial Invasive Species Manager Dan Snider-Nerp to learn about current best management practices for Japanese knotweed and its closest relatives\, as well as experimental management methods\, and the future of sustainable management for this species in the Catskills.” \nThis program will take place in the Community Room of the Clark Sports Center at 7 pm on Wednesday\, April 9.
