DESCRIPTION:Join the Otsego County Conservation Association and kick off Invasive Species Awareness Week by getting the jump on water chestnut in Goodyear Lake. We’ll paddle in the stump lot portion of the lake searching for and removing water chestnut (Trapa natans)\, a highly invasive aquatic plant. Bring your own canoe\, kayak or paddleboard\, or borrow an OCCA canoe and PFD. Note that we have limited numbers of watercraft. Please indicate on the registration form if you need a canoe.
