DESCRIPTION:Crumhorn Pond Fishing Access\, Susquehanna State Forest\, 42.556314 N\, 74.942386 W \nThis is a paddle starting at 9 AM on May 15 at the Crumhorn Pond DEC Fishing Access site (off CR 35) and going to Portlandville and Goodyear Lake (same paddle as May 14). Life jackets properly worn are mandatory. Takeout is possible at Portlandville and Silliman Cove DEC Fishing Access site. Canoe and kayak rentals are available at Canoe and Kayak Rental in Portlandville- http://www.canoeandkayakrental.com . Proper cleaning of watercraft to prevent the spread of Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) is important and more info is available at Invasive Species Boat Stewards – NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation. \nThis paddle is sponsored by Rotary District 7170 Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group (ESRAG). There is a $10 dollar fee which covers both days.
