Woodland Cycles is a full service bicycle shop in Milford, New York. We are conveniently located on Route 28, just 10 min south of Cooperstown and 15 min north of Oneonta, NY. The shop is not only a place to get a tune up and check out the latest cycling gear, but also a hub for Otsego County community cycling with resources such as group rides, trail and road route recommendations and info on local cycling events. If you have a question, there is a good chance we have an answer!

Woodland Cycles offers Mountain Bikes, Fat Bikes, Road and Hybrid Bikes for rent with daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Sizes Small-Large. Due to popularity, we recommend calling ahead a minimum of 2 weeks in advance (spring/summer) to reserve a bike). 607-643-3848 or email. Helmets and locks are included in the rate price.

They also rent Atlas Snowshoes with Poles, and purchased the cross country ski inventory from Mount Otsego Ski Shop, so rent skis as well.

Repairs

Woodland has a full service department with every tool to resolve any problem you may encounter. We also have the knowledge and experience to do so! The shop is fully stocked with components from the top brands in the industry to get you back on your bike as quick as possible.

Woodland Cycles is owned and operated by Mike Reynolds, a longtime area cyclist.  Mike has over 15 years professional experience in the bicycle industry working as a bicycle technician, senior mechanic, service manager, and private consultant.

Full line of cross country ski packages in addition to awards and engraving shop.

Cross-county ski packages, which include no-wax skis, boots and poles, can be rented for the day ($25), weekend ($40), or by the week ($60). There needs to be six inches of snow to rent skis.

• Weekend rentals are picked up Saturday between 10am-12pm and will be dropped off no later than Monday at 4pm.
• Full week rentals can be picked up Saturday from 10am-12pm and must be dropped off no later than 10am the following Saturday.

If there is a particular brand you’re looking for, give them a call and they will try to find it for you.
